I like the guide, but I'm going to be honest-- it's not fantastic.  Your tactics are good and the strategy is mostly there, although I still find it a bit lacking.  This could be because the screenshots are unviewable and because I can't watch the replay at the moment, but so far it's just a good guide, it's not excellent.

I now get it... Tornado has a little amount of damage, and since tornado is invulnerbale, they can't do anything but run away and split.

But I use tornado to ward instead.  smile.gif

if you put /use 3 wildkins for the tornados its quite helpful in damaging the enemies

if u use it on a towerwhen enemies are teleporting it can do some good amount of dmg to them when they arrive.

i use chen i mostly use the purgng creeps and wildkin as i buy helm of dominator to dominate 1 purging creep and the persuasion all for wildkin so i can just tornado the enemy hero which is alone and put tornado around it then purging it to let the tornado do some dmg to it.

nice good guide though ^^

I like this guide almost completely but I had a couple thoughts about it.

In the common mistakes section about denying your creeps if they are real low after farming a spawn. I think the main reason for this is to avoid an enemy hero popping up and killing a high level creep for 2 hits or 1 nuke which can be a real headache. This is not much of a danger in pubs but against people who are paying attention to the jungle and trying to make things difficult for chen it can be a real problem. Especially with the choice of getting sentries first instead of observers (which I'm not sure about with the new version) it is not always easy to react fast enough to save a particularly low hp creep.

In my play with and against chen I have found that the wildkin is a very situational creep to persuade. Probably the most reliable use is using tornado to kill a double spawned weak neutral camp. Aside from that the only times I have seen tornado used effectively is in a push on the main base because the freedom of movement for both teams becomes so heavily restricted. In ganks wildkin will always come up second in the disabling department because other creeps can disable AND attack. In pushes on outside towers there is plenty of room for the other team to move around the tornado and still be effective. Not to mention positioning an aoe stun that hits the wildkin and cancels the tornado is very simple. In a base push both teams become bottlenecked and getting to the wildkin becomes more difficult for the other team while at the same time its slowing effect helps hinder them from attacking then withdrawing to heal then attacking again. But honestly I prefer sticking an extra troll in my army for the skeletons to help push the main base and a chain ranged disable which in my opinion is stronger than the tornado.

Nice guide, but nothing really new.
I really missed the ghost with its fire and forget frost attack. It´s one of my favorite creeps to get.
Another thing worth a thought are phase boots. They are a great (and cheap) new item and with so many chubby creeps around you a must for any chen player.
In general for a GoM I missed alternate builds including some extended item-suggestions for lategame (shit happens and Shiva or another high level item can heavily improve your supporting cappabilities when chosen and used right) and some laning strategies (watchers/hawk/wards ec. can make it very very hard to jungle).

Nice i have been expecting for a good chen guide thanks really helped.

Very nice guide indeed on the way to premium pls..

umm the only downside is i think you got a little tired on the visuals at the latter part its just plain text and pics so why not add colors and stressors like you did on the first parts of the guide.

anyway nest chen guide so far premium pls.

hey i've been trying out your guide in some AI maps.  i really like your micro-ing tips.

one thing that you didn't mention was what the engine does when you persuade more than the limit.  i don't know if it's just the AI map but it seems that it either makes the newly persuaded creep instantly disappear or it replaces an old persuaded creep with the new creep.

is there a rule for this?

can you suggest any good heroes to go with Chen?

heroes that would help in ganking
heroes that could benefit and/or support your creeps
heroes that would make great lanemates for him(in the rarest possibility that you had to be on a lane. biggrin.gif )

also, I used to have eye of skadi for him since there's really nothing to do with all the money you accumulate in the late game (since item giving is no longer allowed) , do you think this is a bad idea?

Nice Guide, I learned quite a lot.

you deny your creep so the other team wont get any exp (they may not be there, but they could suprise you and kill it, this prevents that)
