Hi and welcome to the latest replays competition

Your mission: (should you choose to accept it) Kill Roshan in the fastest game time from the beginning of the match

Your options: There are actually a few categories to choose from and compete in.
1. Solo roshan kill
2. Team roshan kill
3. Team roshan kill x 3
4. Team roshan kill x 5
5. Solo roshan kill -em
6. Team roshan kill -em

Your rules:

○ The time taken for the roshan kill will be determined by replay game timer for the final killing blow. In the multiple killings categories the last roshan kill will count for the time.
○ Map used must be 6.43b or later versions if they are released during the competition, warcraft patch 1.21
○ Games must start out 5v5. If a player drops that is ok but if the game is less than 4v4 when roshan dies, the attempt will be void
○ No pooling is allowed beyond basic regen sharing in the early game. During the actual roshan fight, no items at all may be shared (including regen).
○ If you are competing in the solo competition you may not have any team aids (mekanism, auras, or tanking by allies etc). If team mates are in the area of the roshan kill the attempt will count as a team kill
○ Replays are to be posted in this thread or posted in the general replays forum and linked here. Normal posting rules apply to those posted in the main forum.
○ Along with the replay, in your post you must have the times for each roshan kill so we can verify your feat. Failure to do so will result in us overlooking your entry - please also mention which category/categories you'd like your replay to entered for, makes sorting easier smile.gif
○ No "only for fun" modes should be used for this contest. These include -wtf and -sh modes
○ To count as a successful slaying, your team must do all the damage to roshan

The competition ends on the 30th June. Rules are subject to change if deemed appropriate. Entries will be assessed by the replays moderation team and their decisions are final. If you have any questions feel free to PM me and I will answer you as best I can.

Prize: Firstly the winners will have their replays showcased as the feature replay on the dota-allstars replay forum. Looks like a custom made userbar will also be made for the winners, thanks to Sasaki-. Other prizes will be announced as they come to hand

Good luck and happy hunting!

Well if we follow the rules to the T, an invis NA that gets the last hit on rosh by attacking during ult would count as a solo, assuming no teammates are nearby. tongue.gif

If -sh is allowed, and if Fury swipes does stack, Then I'm pretty sure everyone could do a level 2/3 roshan with Ursa.

So is it just assumed then that the other team  won't be very good or aggressive?  How do you balance out teams that play a real game vs. teams that do nothing while you rosh?

Read the first post, it says so clearly.

And I quote:
QUOTE
○ No "only for fun" modes should be used for this contest. These include -wtf and -sh modes

-em should be allowed, but it's ChildLikEmporer's call.

-em should be its own category.  otherwise, its just simply no contest between times in -em and regular.

Is em allowed?
