After careful deliberation and countless number of games, I've come to the conclusion that Bloodstone needs a tiny nerf. I believe that, once you get to enough charges, it becomes too imbalanced. In order to fix this problem, I think there is an easy solution.
Make it just like Nevermore's souls and cut the amount of charges when you die by half.
For instance: if you have 12 charges, and you die, you simply revive with only 6 charges.
The only problem here would be with odd number of charges. Now.. the fix to that could be:
Every time you kill a hero, charges go up by 2. But obviously, the regen rate of health/mana would be cut into half from 2hp/mana per sec to 1hp/mana. So every time you kill a hero, there will be an even number of charges, thus when dying, you can have an even number of charges at any time.
